JEFFREY M. CUNNINGHAM

Jeff Cunningham is founder and chairman of Corvida Holdings, a private venture investment and advisory firm focused on media and technology companies.

Previously, Cunningham was a member of the executive management committee at CMGI where he held the positions of president - Internet media group as well as president and CEO of MyWay and Zip2, both custom portal and content management platforms.

From 1980 to 1998, Cunningham was publisher of Forbes, Inc. In this role he managed the business units of the privately held media conglomerate including its flagship magazine, Forbes, as well as other units such as ASAP, FYI, Forbes Global, Forbes Conferences and joint ventures such as the Gilder/Forbes Technology conference.

Earlier in his career, he held several executive position with McGraw-Hill including vice president - sales for Business Week.

Cunningham serves on the boards of directors of: Schindler Holding (Zurich); Genuity (Nasdaq:GENU); Countrywide Mortgage (NYSE:CCR); PTEK Holdings (Nasdaq:PTEK); and Bankrate.com (NASDAQ).

Cunningham graduated with honors and received a BA from Harpur College of Binghamton University in 1974. He completed the Wharton School's Executive Program in Finance in 1992.
