Chris Nedza is founder, president and chief executive officer of CMD Services. CMD is a document management and distribution company. In 1992 CMD was listed on the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest growing private companies in the country. In 1997 CMD was one of the initial 100 companies to join the Welfare to Workplace initiative.

Prior to his position at CMD Nedza was assistant to the president at Media Marketing Services. He currently serves on the board of directors of The National Alliance of Business and DBR Associates. He is a past director of the Georgia Independent Trust, and was finance chairman for the Georgia Republican Party. In 1993 Nedza was named one of the "forty under forty" by Business Atlanta magazine.

Nedza received his BA in economics from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He was the recipient of the 1996 Emory Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Nedza and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Roswell, Georgia, with their four sons.
