Led the coordination of department offerings in the second year of the MBA program. Looked to reduce the overlap in courses in organizational behavior and human resource management (OB/HRM) and to identify new areas requiring coverage and course development.

Coordinator, 75th Anniversary Conference on the History of Applied Organization Study at Harvard, Harvard Business School 1982-1983
Developed and chaired conference celebrating 75 years of pioneering work in applied social science. Designed the program involving 30 prominent figures who spoke as a cohort group or a peer group in panel sessions which each covered a 20-year span. Roughly 100 invited guests attended. Selected the speakers, moderators, and invitees, and jointly developed topics. Conducted background research to set the stage. Coordinated the associated meals and logistics. A film was produced which was shown at the Academy of Management at the 1983 Annual Meetings. Authored journal article on the lessons from this conference.
